facilitating regular connects with key stakeholders taking minutes follow up on actionable items and deadlines xc2 xb7 Works with other members of the Team to provide progress updates to the manager leadership project teams Steering Committees and other interested parties and produce analyse and distribute timely project status reports to key stakeholders xc2 xb7 Responsible for ensuring that all documentation relating to projects and programs accurately reflects the current status of changes and outstanding issues - maintains master Risk log xc2 xb7 Update databases with detail and status of projects for Clients Steering Committees and other interested parties Assisting the Manager with operational issues Assist with ongoing Lean and process improvement projects Contribute to business meetings and report on issue status Management Information System MIS Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes Assist in budget preparation reporting and resource management Ensure streamlined delivery of administrative support including the processing of invoices billing expenses matter file management document execution among other duties Required Skills xc2 xb7 Technical Project management skills -
