The Vision: To be the pioneer in organizing the street food industry, by creating opportunities for the aspiring entrepreneurs and go to IPO by 2030. The Opportunity: We are seeking a passionate and committed Co-Founder to join the founding team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a pioneering brand in a fragmented but growing market. You will be instrumental in shaping strategy, operations, and culture from day one. Role Description; This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Co-Founder at 99 Biryani Ventures. We're Looking For a Partner Who: Can invest capital to fuel the initial expansion and growth phase. Possesses a strong business acumen with experience in operations, marketing, or retail. Is hands-on, resilient, and ready to work collaboratively to build the business. Has a passion for food business or have experience in the industry. The role also includes fostering relationships with potential partners and investors, overseeing daily operations, and contributing to the company's growth and success. Who we are looking for; Entrepreneurial and hungry for growth. Smart, competitive, and execution-focused. Able to invest capital in exchange of either equity or preference share. Strong in either Tech, Marketing, Sales or Product Strategy. Experienced in launching/ scaling food products. Ready to take ownership and lead team. This is NOT a 9–5 job. This is ownership, leadership, and building a company together.
