Job Description Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive/Manager Experience: 25 Years Location: Coimbatore. We are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing professional to join our team and drive measurable growth through data-driven marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). - Manage paid campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation, acquisition, and conversion goals. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate actionable insights. - Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies. - Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance. - Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing. Requirements: - 25 years of proven experience in performance marketing / digital marketing. - Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad platforms. - Experience in SEO, SEM, remarketing, and lead generation strategies. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly. - Strong communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
