Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical SAS Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to aspiring clinical research professionals. This is a Full-time role, ideal for working professionals or consultants looking to contribute to talent development in healthcare analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver structured training modules on Clinical SAS programming
- Facilitate interactive classroom sessions, hands-on labs, and real-time case studies
- Evaluate learners performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure alignment with current industry trends, regulatory expectations, and real-world applications
- Support learners with mentorship and guidance throughout the training lifecycle

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Clinical SAS programming
- Strong foundation in clinical research processes, data management, and regulatory compliance
- Experience or exposure to Critical Care Medicine and Research Methodologies is an advantage
- Proficiency with SAS 9.4 software and SQL
- Familiarity with R programming language
- Proven ability to deliver training sessions effectively (in-person or virtual)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- SAS Certification is highly desirable
- Master&aposs degree in clinical research, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field
