Site Lead to oversee mission-critical BPO operations at our primary location You ll lead a focused team ensuring seamless 24x7 facility operations that directly support business continuity and employee productivity at a single large site Core Responsibilities 24x7 Site Operations Management o Ensure uninterrupted facility operations supporting round-the-clock BPO activities at primary location o Manage shift-based facility teams across all operational hours o Coordinate with BPO operations teams to align facility services with business needs o Implement robust backup systems and contingency plans for critical facility functions o Monitor and maintain optimal working conditions for night shift and weekend operations Team Leadership Coordination o Lead and manage large facility staff across multiple shifts o Establish clear communication channels and escalation matrices for 24x7 operations o Implement shift handover protocols ensuring seamless service continuity o Manage cross-functional teams including housekeeping maintenance cafeteria and security o Conduct regular team meetings training sessions and performance reviews across all shifts Business Continuity Critical Operations o Ensure 100 uptime of critical systems HVAC power backup IT infrastructure support o Manage generator operations UPS systems and power management for uninterrupted operations o Coordinate with utility providers for scheduled maintenance during minimal impact hours o Implement and test disaster recovery plans and business continuity procedures o Handle emergency situations with rapid response and minimal business impact Client Relationship Management Stakeholder Engagement o Serve as primary point of contact for all soft services at the site o Build and maintain strong relationships with BPO leadership HR teams and operational managers o Conduct regular client review meetings on service performance o Manage client expectations and proactively address concerns o Coordinate client walkthroughs and facility tours for stakeholders and visitors 24x7 Soft Services Operations o Ensure seamless housekeeping and cleaning services across all shifts o Manage comprehensive catering operations breakfast lunch dinner and night shift meals o Coordinate reception and front desk services with professional guest handling o Manage mail and courier services with timely distribution o Ensure washroom and pantry maintenance with highest hygiene standards o Supervise landscaping and aesthetics to maintain premium workplace ambiance Vendor Service Partner Management o Manage vendor relationships for cleaning security catering transport and maintenance o Ensure vendor staff availability and service quality across all shifts o Monitor vendor performance through regular audits and feedback o Negotiate contracts with 24x7 service requirements and SLAs Technology Digital Operations o Implement facility management software for site operations o Monitor real-time dashboards for equipment status and service requests o Generate reports and analytics for operational efficiency o Coordinate with IT teams for facility-related technology requirements Sound like you To apply you need to be Experienced Operations Professional o 5-7 years in facilities management with minimum 2 years in BPO Call Center ITEs environments o 2 years managing teams 5-10 people in shift-based operations o Proven experience in 24x7 operations management and team leadership o Strong background in site coordination and logistics management Technical Analytical Skills o Proficiency in MS Office suite Excel PowerPoint o Experience with facility management software and monitoring tools o Strong analytical skills for performance optimization o Knowledge of energy management practices o Experience with vendor management and contract administration Dynamic Leader Problem Solver o Crisis management expertise with ability to handle pressure situations o Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders o Strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution o Flexibility to handle dynamic BPO requirements o Results-oriented mindset focused on service excellence Professional Requirements o Bachelor s degree in Hotel Management Facilities Management or related field o Professional certifications CFM FMP or equivalent preferred o Bilingual capabilities for effective team communication o Technology-savvy with facility management software proficiency o Strong ethical standards and professional integrity Primary Location Pune MH Work Type Full-time On-site JLL Standard References -
