Job Description CSA - School Van Driver JR202043 Purpose of Role The School Van Driver is responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, ensuring punctuality, discipline, and adherence to traffic and safety regulations. The driver must maintain the vehicle in good condition and foster a safe and respectful environment for all passengers. About CS Academy CS Academy, Coimbatore has three campuses. CSA Van Driver - Key Responsibilities - Safely drive the school van along assigned routes, picking up and dropping off students on time. - Ensure the safety of students during boarding, travel, and alighting from the van. - Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. - Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle. - Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the appropriate authority. - Maintain accurate attendance records and trip logs. - Enforce safety rules and ensure seat belt usage (if applicable). - Assist students with special needs or younger children when boarding or exiting. - Cooperate with school authorities, parents, and other drivers. - Attend scheduled training sessions or meetings as required.
