Job Description Responsibilities : Total 6-8 years experience with minimum 4-5 years of experience in Service Management(SM)/Customer Service(CS) Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing. Sales and Distribution Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service. Experience/knowledge in S/4 Hana, SAP Hybris/BRIM, BRF+, SAP portal Worked on revenue recognition. Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing. Repair order process. Customer service master data - Equipment master, warranty master, functional location, counters etc. Knowledge on Idocs - setup of partner profile, creating segments, testing idocs. Coordinate all PLC phases b/w onsite/offshore teams Experience creating functional specifications for RICEF objects Worked on Interfaces with both SAP and no SAP systems. Ability to read and debug ABAP codes (preferred to have) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneously Strong in-depth experience IN Logistics Execution, EDI/Idoc Integration, Warehouse Management / Shipping and system integration areas. Able to analyze business requirements, providing conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of ABAP custom programs, testing and implementing the automated solution. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, Analytical and Communication skills. Technical and Professional Requirements: Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data Awareness of latest technologies and trends Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions One or two industry domain knowledge
