Job Title F B Executive - Cluster Kitchen Location Pithampur Madhya Pradesh Job Type Full-Time About Us We are a thriving company with expertise in operating Industrial Canteens and maintenance of Industrial Facilities in various locations in Madhya Pradesh Our clientele includes many Fortune 500 companies with Industrial Plants in Pitampura Dewas Mandideep Sehore Malanpur etc We are committed to delivering high-quality meals and facility maintenance service to our clients With an outlook for excellence and growth we are looking for F B Executive for our Kitchen Cluster in Pithampur to join our dynamic team and drive efficiency in our operations Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive from Food and Beverage background with minimum 3 years experience in Kitchen operations to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our kitchen The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflows maintain high-quality standards and drive efficiency across all processes Role responsibilities Ensure control of costs overheads through achievement of business targets Responsible for the delivery and expansion of business and margin in all operations ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations and Bliss s policies and procedures Support new business development through promotion and costing of products services and response to tenders proposals which deliver new business in Bliss s food Catering business Responsible for establishing and maintaining multi-level and business unit relationships with clients ensuring a full understanding of the hierarchy and strategic vision of the client Ensure a comprehensive understanding of Bulk Cooking and meet all customer expectations under each of the relevant client agreements Prepare timely and accurate financial and qualitative reports Report on the same to HQ on a monthly basis and as and when required Be proactive in the recovery of overdue if any owing from internal and external clients and maintain a close relationship with Bliss s Finance team to ensure all suppliers and contractor payments are managed effectively Manage mentor and maintain a strong working relationship with the Business Development Operational Teams offer assistance wherever and whenever required Ensure quality of work by adhering to Bliss s service standards Drive the Monthly MOM with client and action plan for closure Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field Application Process To apply please send your resume to vh aquacleanservices com with the subject line Operations Executive - Cluster Kitchen Application Proven experience in operations management preferably in the food service industry Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Ability to commute relocate Pithampur Madhya Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Experience F B operation 3 years Required Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
