Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations to strengthen business ties. 3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development activities. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review. Identify and implement new sales channels, distribution methods, or promotional strategies. 4. Proposal & Contract Management Prepare business proposals, bids, and presentations for potential clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Work with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements and contractual obligations. 5. Networking & Brand Representation Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, seminars, and networking sessions. Build relationships with industry leaders, influencers, and key stakeholders. Promote the company’s products, services, and brand reputation in the market. Stay updated with industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes. 6. Team Collaboration & Mentoring Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams for smooth execution of business strategies. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior business development executives. Conduct training sessions or workshops to enhance the team’s business acumen. Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 7. Reporting & Performance Analysis Track and report on business development activities, leads, conversion rates, and revenue performance. Analyze business trends, sales performance, and client feedback to improve strategies. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior management.
