we help companies across industries get ahead and stay ahead Powered by curiosity courage and innovation our teams implement data technology and AI to create tomorrow today Get to know us at and on and Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Web Producer We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Web Producer with expertise in website content management systems CMS to join our Web Strategy team You will have a lead authoring and CMS front-end administrative role on the team This will entail working with stakeholders to bring content onto the website managing our web ticketeting submission and resolution process and collaborating with our Web Operations and tech-stack team on CMS-based projects The Senior Web Producer will work closely with the entire Web strategy team with a focus on our many content leads and writers across the company The successful candidate will ensure web content meets our high standards of quality consistency optimization UX and the Genpact brand You enjoy advising stakeholders on the best methods to get their content on the corporate website while also upholding Genpact web strategy and website objectives You will bring a deep understanding of CMS authoring environments to the team ideally in AEM including templates components the DAM image processing metadata and content fragments Responsibilities Website content strategy Working with the Head of Web and the Senior Web Marketing Manager understand Genpact s content strategy and industry services offerings for a successful partnership with our content teams Website CMS authoring Master the AEM authoring environment including our templates components content fragments libraries site content tree and the DAM Create and publish content as per Genpact processes including sharing previews with stakeholders observing web strategy best practices controlling revision cycles and meeting stakeholder needs Manage all stakeholder tickets submitted to the Web team including vetting against web strategy and business needs prioritization communication of status and staged work to stakeholders timely delivery and escalations if needed Website CMS stewardship Working with the Senior Web Marketing Manager ensure CMS hygiene and best practices including DAM stewardship site content tree maintenance file and folder naming and consistency across page names text linking URLs and slugs In collaboration with our Web Operations team the back office you will ensure the smooth operation of the AEM front-office and bring issues to their attention as well as collaborate with them on CMS improvement and maintenance projects Content optimization Working with the Senior Web Marketing Manager and SEO Manager create publishing best practices that support SEO findability site search and generative SEO readiness Collaboration and Teamwork Project manage web requests in a fast-paced highly collaborative Marketing team Coordinate with web operations to troubleshoot technical issues related to AEM and ensure smooth integration of content Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in marketing Digital Communications or a related field Relevant years of experience with web content management or website marketing production In-depth knowledge of any CMS platform with relevant experience authoring in Adobe Experience Manager AEM Strong writing and proofreading skills with outstanding attention to detail Knowledge of web design principles and best practices for creative presentation and website UX for business-to-business B2B audiences Familiarity with content and project management tools like Contently and Adobe Workfront Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with geo website management including translations and local stakeholder engagement Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including superb communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Skills Familiarity with HTML for more accurate CMS editing interfacing with our web channel management team and troubleshooting Knowledge of emerging AI tools that assist in content management and website production Why join Genpact Be a transformation leader -
