Job Title: Head of Pilot Training Ground School

Location: Gurugram

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced aviation training expert to lead our Ground School Pilot Training program. The ideal candidate will be an Ex-Airline Pilotwith extensive experience in flight operations, pilot training, and academic instruction. This role requires a strong commitment to training excellence, student mentorship, and industry representation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training & Instruction: Deliver high-quality ground school training for aspiring pilots, ensuring clarity in theoretical concepts and practical applications.
- Student Mentorship: Guide students throughout their training, providing support in exam preparation, career planning, and professional development.
- Performance Monitoring: Track student progress, identify learning gaps, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Curriculum Development: Design, update, and enhance training materials to align with aviation regulations, airline standards, and technological advancements.
- Brand Representation: Act as a Brand Ambassador for the institution, promoting excellence in pilot training and representing the organization at aviation seminars, webinars, and industry events.
- Marketing & Outreach: Participate in promotional videos, workshops, and information sessions to attract and engage aspiring pilots.
- Industry Collaboration: Build relationships with airlines, aviation authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure the highest training standards.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for seminars, training sessions, and industry networking events.

Key Requirements:

- ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) holder or Ex-defense preferred.
- Extensive experience in pilot training, ground school instruction, and flight operations
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to support student success
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills
- In-depth knowledge of *aviation regulations, operational procedures, and industry best practices*
