Job Description - Design and implement new processes and solutions to streamline system configuration and deployment. - Support & Troubleshooting - Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to resolve complex technical challenges during implementation. - Offer hands-on guidance for database configuration, debugging, and performance tuning. - 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, preferably in the FinTech domain. - Proven expertise in implementing SaaS-based enterprise solutions and cloud technology migration (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Strong MS SQL skills with proficiency in database design, TSQL queries, and enterprise software configuration. - Hands-on experience with system integration methods (APIs, RESTful services) and scripting languages (e.g., Python). - Familiarity with VMware, web services configuration, and enterprise deployment practices. Skills: - Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless). - Proficiency in identifying and resolving system inefficiencies, especially related to deployment, scaling, and monitoring. - Exceptional troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical problem-solving skills. - Expertise in designing and documenting new processes to improve implementation quality and efficiency. - Ability to train and mentor team members effectively. - Preferred Qualifications - Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert. - Knowledge of financial services and enterprise software best practices. - Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and data migration methodologies.
