4. Handle payroll queries via ServiceNow and ensure data confidentiality.

Key Deliverables:

1. Validate and reconcile payroll data in Workday and related systems.
2. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
3. Support payroll transformation initiatives and year-end activities.
4. Generate reports for audits and provide root cause analysis on issues.
