Job Description

Must haves: Jmeter, Test cases, Grafana, CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitLab and Delivery Leadership.

Good to have: SQL

Experience: 6-8 years of experience in performance testing, with a focus on Jmeter.

. Technical Skills:

. Proficiency in Jmeter for performance testing.

. Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools.

. Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana.

. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.

. Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Performance Testing:

. Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts using Jmeter

. Analyze performance test results and provide detailed reports on system performance, bottlenecks, and recommendations for improvements.

2. Monitoring and Analysis:

. Utilize Grafana for monitoring and visualizing performance metrics.

. Identify performance issues and work with development teams to resolve them.

3. Collaboration & Leadership:

. Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

. Lead performance testing delivery : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on performance testing best practices & own the delivery responsibility of the team.

QA/QE - QA Automation - Basic Build, Deployment and CI/CD
QA - Test Case Preparation
QA/QE - QA Automation - Performance testing (Jmeter, Loadrunner, NeoLoad etc)
