Must haves: Jmeter, Test cases, Grafana, CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab etc.

Good to have: SQL

Experience: 6-8 years of experience in performance testing, with a focus on Jmeter.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Jmeter for performance testing.

• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools.

• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Performance Testing:

2. Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts using Jmeter

3. Analyze performance test results and provide detailed reports on system performance, bottlenecks, and recommendations for improvements.

4. Monitoring and Analysis:

5. Utilize Grafana for monitoring and visualizing performance metrics.

6. Identify performance issues and work with development teams to resolve them.

7. Collaboration

8. Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

QA/QE - QA Automation - Performance testing (Jmeter, Loadrunner, NeoLoad etc)

DevOps/Configuration Mgmt - DevOps/Configuration Mgmt - Grafana

QA/QE - QA Automation - Basic Build, Deployment and CI/CD

DevOps/Configuration Mgmt - DevOps/Configuration Mgmt - Jenkins
