Job Title Business Analyst - EDI Job Location Hyderabad Remote CTC Best in Industry JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Create and maintain successful relationships with Customers to better understand claims and clinical interface and validation needs Provide expertise on receiving data from disparate sources Work with cross functional client teams to meet interface mapping and validation needs Perform risk management pertaining to interfaces to maximize client implementation success Track any all open interface issues working internally with claims and clinical development resources Actively work with all Customers and Client project team members to resolve open interface implementation items Monitor ongoing and report on regular data transmission for errors or issues did it get staged get into UI communicate to Customer Report and escalate support issues as appropriate to Management Ensure Interfaces are completed within agreed upon project schedule timelines Review validation reports and address any discrepancies with the Customer QUALIFYING JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES Proven working experience in interface implementation and or working with claims EDI X12 - 835 837 I P D clinical data within the Healthcare Industry Payor Provider Background preferred Knowledge of value-based care population health a plus Accustomed to Customer-facing roles Ability to speak to all levels within an organization Outstanding communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of SQL Analytical and problem-solving skills Proven experience managing relationships with Customers technical and analytical team members Interested candidates please share your resumes at nancy sharma cielhr com
