Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Location: Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai Compensation: ₹45,000 – 50,000/month (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives About The Company: We’re an independent, integrated marketing agency delivering specialized solutions for global brands. Some of our service offerings include: - Digital Marketing - Branding - Design - Production Role Overview: We’re looking for a HR Generalist to work directly with the founder. You’ll be responsible for hiring, employee engagement & retention, formulating policies & periodic performance reviews. As the company grows, you’ll also have the opportunity to scale the HR team and shape the playbook. This is an on-site role based in Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai, with an expectation of working from the office 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for all roles within the agency. This includes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and extending offers - Onboarding: Design and execute a structured, engaging onboarding program for new hires - Cultural Stewardship: Act as a custodian of the Skadoosh culture, implementing initiatives that promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment - Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, providing impartial advice and resolution - Performance Review Cycle: Design and administer a robust, periodic performance review system - HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases & processes, and ensure all compensation and benefits related to payroll, attendance are documented What We're Looking For: - 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources Management - Prior experience in Agencies is highly preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Someone who is proactive, organised, patient and positive - Comfortable working on-site in Mumbai for most of the week What You Get: - Fixed monthly salary: ₹45,000 – 50,000 based on experience - Incentives based on performance (positions closed) - Chance to work directly with the founding team and lead the HR function as we scale - Exposure to a creative, high-impact marketing team - Represent a team that works with industry leaders across Hospitality, Alcobev, Real Estate & FMCG clients.
