Job Description

To drive viscose fibre sales in India by leveraging deep industry relationships with spinning mills, understanding technical and operational requirements, and executing a targeted growth strategy.

Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and manage key accounts especially in the Tamil Nadu spinning mill cluster.
- Drive adoption of APR viscose fibre through focus on 3S promise Stable Quality, Service and Supply
- Build long-term customer relationships with mill owners, purchase managers, and production heads.
- Gather and analyse market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and demand trends.
- Coordinate with APR technical service and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to market entry strategy and tactical sales plans.
- Support marketing and promotional activities, including mill trials and industry events.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 812 years of sales, business development, or technical service experience in the spinning industry.
- Strong network with mill decision-makers in Tamil Nadu.
- Proven record of accomplishment of delivering sales growth in fibre, yarn, or allied textile products.
- Familiarity with viscose fibre properties, spinning processes, and quality parameters.
