(Urgent) Virtual Event Planner

What You'll Do on a Typical Day: - Support the client with Marketing Communications through digital events by providing services in: client engagement, reporting, campaign setup and communication, webinars, telemarketing, etc. - Build and handle critical path for the event(s) including key dates internally and externally. - Develop, design and handle all aspects of the program that includes digital elements. - Liaising with the marketing and sales teams to discuss abstract submission, along with their deadlines. - Creating events on digital platforms such as ON24, etc. You need to be digitally sound to work on multiple technologies. - Host webinars as and when scheduled, and provide technical assistance to the presenters and audience. - Create and share post webinar data with the stakeholders to showcase the performance. - Assisting the stakeholders with registration analysis (trend and source). - Attending de-brief calls after the webinars to discuss and share the findings. - Conducting test-run/dry-run before the webinar to go over the various the technical aspects - Meet all deliverables and SLA's, both internally and externally - Understand and be compliant with all American Express policies. What We're Looking For: - Minimum of 2 years event management experience. - Strong technical capabilities with an open approach to learning new things. - Knowledge of MS-Excel and data handling is compulsory. - Meet critical deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously (there may be concurrent deadlines, so handling tasks within the timelines is a must). - Excellent English communication skills, written, oral and interpersonal are essential with the ability and present and engage at a senior stakeholder level. - ON24 and SharePoint expertise is preferred. - A multi-tasking approach is required. - Ability to work with the corporate clients to develop programs. - Ability to reestablish and develop business from within existing client streams. - Ability to work in the APAC time zone.
