Job Title: Vendor Alliances & Gifts Procurement Manager

Location: Noida

Department: Procurement / Partnerships / Gifting Solutions

Reports To: Head of Loyalty / Head of Procurement / Director - Marketing & Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Vendor Alliances & Gifts Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing, vendor development, and gift curation efforts. This role is crucial for driving meaningful partnerships, ensuring timely availability of reward inventory, and curating a diverse range of gifting solutions for loyalty programs, campaigns, and special partner initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Sourcing & Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors for gifts, experiences, vouchers, and premium merchandise
- Develop strategic alliances with suppliers, brands, and aggregators (physical & digital rewards)
- Negotiate pricing, SLAs, credit terms, and delivery timelines for maximum value and efficiency
- Maintain a strong vendor network to ensure variety, scalability, and regional availability

Gifting & Rewards Curation

- Curate gifting options based on campaign themes, partner personas, occasions (birthday, anniversary, festive, onboarding)
- Source hybrid rewards physical gifts, experiential rewards, digital subscriptions, vouchers, and custom hampers
- Maintain catalogue freshness and relevance based on seasonality, trends, and budgets

Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination

- Ensure timely procurement and availability of items for ongoing campaigns or on-demand dispatch
- Coordinate with warehousing, logistics, and tech teams for order tracking and delivery fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and reordering cycles; avoid stock-outs or over-purchasing Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Monitor product quality, packaging standards, and branding requirements
- Ensure vendor compliance with legal documentation, invoicing, and taxation norms (GST, etc.)
- Evaluate and rate vendors periodically for service quality and consistency

Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain a detailed database of vendors, products, pricing, and performance
- Generate MIS reports for procurement performance, cost savings, delivery TATs, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with finance to ensure timely PO release and payment reconciliation

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 48 years of experience in procurement, gifting, rewards, or vendor management
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and coordination skills
- Understanding of gifting trends, regional preferences, and consumer behavior
- Proficient in Excel, procurement tools, and catalog management platforms
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, finance, logistics)

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in loyalty programs, channel engagement, or marketing-led gifting
- Worked with D2C brands, corporate gifting suppliers, or aggregator platforms
- Exposure to bulk gifting, drop shipment models, or multi-location delivery management
