About Us:

Role Overview :

We're looking for an SEO Specialist to grow our organic presence and improve overall search performance. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on implementation, with an eye on performance, content alignment, and technical health.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic

- Conduct keyword research and guide content strategy accordingly

- Optimise on-page elements like metadata, headers, internal linking, and overall site structure

- Identify and fix technical SEO issues in coordination with product/tech teams

- Track and analyse SEO performance, preparing regular reports with insights

- Support organic content efforts on social media channels - including optimising posts, tracking engagement, and coordinating with the team

- Stay current with search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in SEO

- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

- Experience with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

- Familiarity with content optimisation, link-building, and website structure

- Ability to collaborate across content, product, and tech teams

- Basic HTML knowledge is a plus
