Job Summary Monitoring Supervision of Execution works in fields of Electrical HVAC Plumbing Fire Fighting Fire Alarm system at project location Ensure that executed work is as per the specifications drawings and meets the quality standards and Tracking of work schedule so as to get work done within specified time line Material inspection ensure that procure material meets the selection criteria Daily progress report to the management Effective coordination in between Civil MEP personnel at site for the smooth execution of the work Responsibilities and Duties Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 4-7 years of experience in similar profile Excellent interpersonal skills Confident Communication Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings Assist in the scope review budgeting and justification of MEP change work order Assist in the installation of MEP work Required Experience Skills and Qualifications Educational Qualification B E DIPLOMA Electrical Mechanical Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Education Diploma Preferred Experience total work 3 years Required Work Location In person
