Job Description Overview We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Content Writer to create high-quality, accurate, and engaging content related to Salesforce products, solutions, and best practices. The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce knowledge, strong writing skills, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences, including developers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Content Development - Create technical content such as blogs, whitepapers, articles, solution guides, release summaries, and how-to documentation. - Write clear and concise documentation for Salesforce Clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform. - Translate complex Salesforce concepts (APIs, integrations, LWC, flows, data modelling, etc.) into simple, understandable explanations. - Produce product walkthroughs, tutorials, user guides, and onboarding materials. - Develop content for case studies, use cases, and project success stories. Marketing & Enablement - Create SEO-optimized content for websites and social media. - Assist in preparing pitch decks, brochures, and sales enablement materials. - Support AppExchange listing content, technical documentation, and customer-facing materials. Collaboration - Work closely with Salesforce consultants, architects, and developers to gather insights. - Interview subject-matter experts to create technical narratives. - Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Quality & Standards - Ensure all content is technically accurate, up-to-date with Salesforce releases, and aligned with industry best practices. - Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting. - Review and update existing documentation regularly. Required Skills & Experience - 1-2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably with Salesforce or cloud technologies. - Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem. - Ability to write both technical and non-technical content. - Familiarity with Salesforce features - Exceptional written English and communication skills. - Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and documentation structure. Nice to Have - Experience documenting CRMs, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications. - Experience in video script writing or product demo recording.
