We are looking for an expert Content Writer (reporting to our Content Strategist) who can help us build a strong, data-driven content footprint which conveys the use cases and value of our software.

**What You’ll Do**
- Content planning: support our Content Strategist in auditing existing content, uncovering gaps, and building our content calendar.
- Content process: help us define and implement a process for new content creation (e.g., briefs, templates, style guides, review workflows, etc.).

**Who You Are**
- You have 2+ years of experience in content writing, ideally for a B2B SaaS product. Plus if you have experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Your written and spoken English is excellent. You have knowledge of AP style and keen attention to grammar and spelling. You have working experience with various content types (written - both short form and long form, graphics, multimedia). You write original content and absolutely avoid plagiarism.
- You are eager to understand the Valorx product inside and out. You look forward to collaborating with our product development team to become an expert in our product functionality and participate in our agile process. Plus if you have experience using a structured approach to product documentation, such as DocBook or DITA.
- You’re proficient at collaborating with people across various time zones: develop trust across teams in marketing, product, customer success, and sales.
- You’re customer-centric: you deeply understand customer pain points. You don’t get stuck in self-centred, feature-driven content marketing; instead, you create content that aspires to surprise and delight current and prospective customers.
- You’re data-driven: you chase, mine, share, and use data to make informed decisions. You have experience measuring content performance.
