We are now searching for a Network Engineer III to join their international team, supporting clients across the globe from India—all in a 100% remote capacity. You'll work closely with a US-based manager and a collaborative team dedicated to technical excellence and continuous innovation.

What you'll do:

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with GTD-5 switches (5+ years' experience required)
- Deliver Tier 3 telephony and hardware support, including fault isolation and resolution
- Interface with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems
- Guide field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement
- Document internal processes and mentor other engineers
- Ensure accurate, timely ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotation

What we're looking for:

- At least 5 years' hands-on GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting
- Experience with call processing and translations
- Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance
- Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively
- Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
