Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Analytics Director, the ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of data analytics flow and the ability to generate meaningful insights from data. The candidate should also be a pro-active communicator, able to work closely with Client, internal teams and other MSU team members Responsibilities Assist on different aspects of analytics requests such as target setting, performance & insight analysis Data reporting and visualization. Maintain dashboard reporting (PowerBI, Datorama, etc) frequent update. Ensuring timely updates of all key data feeds to relevant teams Assist the broader MSU team with data collection, entry and manipulation to achieve timely delivery of results for specific analytics projects There are two primary KPIs for this role: Ensuring that the MSU team has easy access to all relevant data Help to create and promote an analytics culture within the team Educational Background Educated to degree level in a numerical or marketing discipline. Between 2 and 4 years work experience in a business consultancy, market research or data analysis role. Fluent in English Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiar with one or more of R, Python. VBA is also favourable. An in-depth understanding and prior application of econometrics would be particularly valuable.
