About the Role

This critical role represents a unique opportunity to make a charge volume impact of $2 billion. The ideal candidate will be able to drive strategic decision-making and execute new strategies via advanced analytics, disciplined testing, and effective partnership.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead analytics to drive organic growth strategies, including customer retention efforts across marketing and sales channels.
  • Develop and enhance precursors in AI models, partnering with Decision Science and collaborating across Marketing, Risk, and Sales to design customized treatments depending on the precursors.
  • Be a key analytical partner to the Marketing and Measurement teams to report on Digital, Field, and Phone Programs that promote growth and retention.
What You'll Need
  • MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics).
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to apply both quantitative methods and business skills to create insights and drive results.
