About the Company: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Maintenance Department at our facility in Sachin GIDC. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and infrastructure to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement timely solutions.
- Maintain equipment logs and ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain records and logs of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Assist in installation and testing of new equipment when required.
- Work closely with vendors and service providers for maintenance support.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in industrial or plant maintenance.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficient in using tools, measuring instruments, and maintenance software.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Required Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or process industries.
- Knowledge of TPM/Lean maintenance practices.
- Basic PLC troubleshooting skills.
