About the Company
: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Maintenance Department at our facility in Sachin GIDC. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and infrastructure to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement timely solutions.
  • Maintain equipment logs and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain records and logs of repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Assist in installation and testing of new equipment when required.
  • Work closely with vendors and service providers for maintenance support.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in industrial or plant maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Proficient in using tools, measuring instruments, and maintenance software.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.

Required Skills

  • Experience in manufacturing or process industries.
  • Knowledge of TPM/Lean maintenance practices.
  • Basic PLC troubleshooting skills.
