Design Assistance Collaborate with senior engineers to assist in the design and development of electrical systems for drones including batteries Harness BMS PDU ESC Motor and related components Schematic Design and Layout Assist in creating schematic designs and PCB layouts under the guidance of senior engineers adhering to industry best practices and company standards Battery System Support Participate in battery selection and integration activities learning about various battery technologies and their suitability for different drone applications Harness Design and Testing Support the harness design process considering factors such as weight electromagnetic interference and durability Assist in testing and validating harness designs BMS Integration Learn about Battery Management Systems and contribute to their integration into drone systems to monitor and manage battery health charging and discharging Power Distribution Support Assist in the design and testing of power distribution boards ensuring efficient and reliable power supply to drone subsystems Testing and Validation Collaborate with the testing team to conduct tests on electrical systems document results and contribute to improvements based on test outcomes Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with mechanical engineers software engineers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into overall drone designs Documentation Prepare and maintain key engineering documents including DFMEA FTA DFM and DVP in accordance with product requirements and safety standards Cost Management Operate within defined budgets by identifying and implementing cost-effective solutions without compromising on performance or quality Research and Innovation Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices related to drone electrical systems Implement innovative solutions to enhance drone performance and capabilities Location Road No7 Hi-Tech Defense Aerospace Park Plot No 28 Hardware Park KIADB Industrial Area Mahadeva Kodigehalli Manchappanahosahalli Bengaluru Karnataka 562149 Powered by Webbtree
