Our mission is to make finding help easy, transparent, and dependable for every household. We are seeking a Product Marketing Intern who's passionate about storytelling, user behavior, and data-driven marketing someone who can translate product value into meaningful campaigns that drive engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities - Go-to-Market (GTM) Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for new features, campaigns, and service launches. - User Insights: Conduct research to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences to shape product positioning. - Content & Messaging: Help craft clear, persuasive communication for app, web, and social media channels. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the product, design, and growth teams to ensure consistent brand and product messaging. - Campaign Analysis: Track performance metrics and provide insights on user acquisition, activation, and retention. - Competitor Benchmarking: Research competing platforms and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. - Creative Brainstorming: Contribute fresh ideas for product-led campaigns, brand storytelling, and referral or retention programs. Ideal Candidate - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. - Strong interest in product-led growth, digital marketing, and consumer behavior. - Excellent writing and communication skills. - Analytical mindset with a creative edge. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. - Basic understanding of marketing tools, analytics, or user research is a plus.
