Learn more: www.teachmint.com Key Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (software engineers, product managers, data scientists, DevOps, etc.) and non-technical roles across functions. - Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, networking, and job portals. - Conduct technical and functional assessments, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth hiring processes. - Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define job requirements, role expectations, and candidate profiles. - Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Analyze market conditions, hiring trends, and competitive intelligence to guide recruitment strategies. - Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, ensuring timely and proactive communication with hiring managers and business leaders. - Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and suggest process improvements. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Qualifications & Skills - 36 years of experience in recruitment, with specialization in technical hiring and exposure to non-technical roles. - Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies, as well as non-technical functions. - Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and using advanced Boolean search techniques. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze hiring trends, market conditions, and talent supply-demand dynamics. - Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions and closing roles efficiently.
