- Reporting To: Territory Sales Head/National Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Deputy Manager - Customer Acquisition to lead sales efforts, handle student counselling, and ensure adherence to the admissions process. This is a target-driven role with a strong focus on customer interaction and outreach.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Deliver impactful sales presentations.

- Conduct productive house calls.

- Ensure admission process adherence, documentation, and batch formation.

- Conduct career seminars at educational institutions, schools, and colleges.

- Ensure proper handling of student and parent queries via effective counselling.

- Build and maintain Business Associate (BA) tie-ups.

- Conduct regular STP (Sales Touch Point) activities for centre promotion.

- Follow up effectively with walk-ins.

- Send updated daily sales reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication and selling skills

- Team player, motivator, and good leadership qualities

- High performer with a strong drive and hunger for sales

- Preferred background in the education sector

- Industry preference: Education, Advertising Sales, Time Share, Banking, NBFC, Telecom, Reputed Pharma Companies (A category), Insurance (Life & Health)

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
