About the Role:

We&aposre seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Team Lead Intern to join our EdTech company. As a Recruitment Team Lead Intern, you will assist in leading a team of recruiters, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of recruitment processes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the EdTech sector and develop valuable skills in recruitment and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Support:Assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.

Recruitment Process: Support the execution of recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and ensuring timely communication with candidates.

Data Analysis:Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve recruitment outcomes.

Team Development:Learn from experienced recruiters and contribute to the growth and development of the recruitment team.

Requirements:

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in the EdTech sector.

Skills:Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

TechnicalSkills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
