Responsibilities Design and layout electrical systems conduits boxes wiring paths in precast wall panels slabs and other elements Prepare detailed electrical drawings schematics and load calculations using AutoCAD Revit or BIM tools Coordinate with structural and architectural teams to ensure clash-free integration of services Specify electrical components materials and fittings compliant with project and local code requirements Perform design calculations for lighting power distribution grounding and panel sizing Review and approve shop drawings and ensure timely submission for client consultant approval Assist in resolving design conflicts and RFIs during precast production and site installation Support procurement by providing detailed bill of materials BOMs Conduct site visits or factory inspections to ensure design implementation as per drawings Ensure adherence to relevant electrical and safety codes e g NEC IEC IS standards Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with drafting and QA QC teams Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience with at least 3-4 years in precast or prefabricated building systems Experience in residential commercial or infrastructure precast projects is preferred Certification in BIM MEP or project management optional but
