Uber sends billions of content such as text images and videos across channels such as Email SMS Push WhatsApp Webpages and many more The content that is now being delivered has historically been human generated but with GEN AI content is increasingly being generated via GEN AI as well This requires us to create a platform that is a single source of truth for all marketing communication be it human or AI generated that meets Uber s brand legal and creative guidelines that multiple teams at Uber can consume seamlessly This platform can then be integrated by multiple product teams across Uber to access marketing content for their use cases We re looking for a Senior Product Manager for leading the product strategy and execution of our content product platform Asset Bank We are looking for a dedicated PM to focus their efforts on this area and closely collaborate with multiple business product engineering and applied science teams at Uber to ensure that Uber s marketing content strategy What the Candidate Will Need Bonus Points What the Candidate Will Do Work with our Marketing Product and Operations teams to understand and define how content across multiple channels can be generated distributed and reutilised at scale Drive a cross-functional team of Engineers Applied Scientists and Analysts to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals and ship quality products Develop a vision and roadmap plan deliverables design and launch products Clearly communicate plans insights data and results to executives other product teams cross-functional teams such as marketing operations finance Evangelize the platforms within global organizations including marketing ops product Monitor and measure launched products and use data for product refinement Basic Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field 8 years of product management experience including launching 0-to-1 products Hands-on experience building or working with AI ML-based platforms Basic understanding of how Marketing Tech Email Push SMS works Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams prioritize based on business impact and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels Preferred Qualifications Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or an MBA Experience with Content Digital Marketing CRM space Deep knowledge of the industry trends in Gen AI Uber s mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better Here bold ideas create real-world impact challenges drive growth and speed fuelds progress What moves us moves the world - let s move it forward together Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber s cultural identity Unless formally approved to work fully remotely Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office For certain roles such as those based at green-light hubs employees are expected to be in-office for 100 of their time Please speak with your recruiter to better understand in-office expectations for this role Accommodations may be available based on religious and or medical conditions or as required by applicable law To request an accommodation please reach out to Uber is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race color ancestry religion sex national origin sexual orientation age citizenship marital status disability gender identity Veteran Status or any other characteristic protected by law
