Job Description Responsibilities: - Provide L2/L3 level support for SAP BW, SAP BW on HANA, and SAP BW/4HANA systems. - Handle critical P1 and P2 tickets and ensure timely resolution. - Work on data modelling tasks in SAP BW and SAP HANA environments. - Develop and troubleshoot ABAP-based data extraction and transformations. - Utilize AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) for complex scenarios (basic exposure required). - Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions. - Ensure compliance with SAP authorization concepts and data governance standards. - Support and maintain data sources from SAP ECC and SAP CRM systems. - Maintain documentation and adhere to ITSM processes and ticketing standards. Eligibility Criteria: - Mandatory Skills: - SAP BW, SAP BW on HANA, SAP BW/4HANA - SAP HANA - ABAP programming - Basic experience with AMDP - Data modelling expertise - Working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP CRM source systems - Basic understanding of reporting and analytics - Good to Have: - Experience with SAP BW and HANA authorization concepts - Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud - Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes - Soft Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively
