Summary The role is for leading the Product quality of the Capacitor Voltage transformer and LTline which involves CVT inprocess CVT Element winding and CVT LT assembly Oven process for CVT LT Oil filling oil testing CVT lab UHV lab and oil lab All Tests related to CVT LT inc CVT LT outgoing process PDI checks etc complete FAT management The role requires liason with other functions and lead teams to meet the unit targets and KPIs Roles and responsibilities Ensure that products and services perform according to quality standards and that manufacturing processes are capable and qualified leading the Product quality of the Capacitor Voltage transformer and Line trap line which involves CVT LT inprocess CVT element winding CVT LT assembly and inproces checks CVT UHV lab LT and oil lab All Tests related to CVT LT CVT LT outgoing process PDI checks etc complete FAT management Lead the UHV lab activities to conduct all tests including CT CVT EMVT and Bushings In-depth understanding of key business drivers uses this understanding to accomplish own work In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area Has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions Lead and Drive teams to ensure Lab management and quality control process from inprocess to outgoing to meet unit targets and Quality KPIs Complete FAT management with customer including tests and Quality documentation and support for resolution of site issues and conducting of RCA 8D PSR to resolve customer as well as internal NC resolution Required Qualifications For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Manufacturing Production Quality Assurance Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma with relevant experience For roles in USA - Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group s Function s Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems Ability to document plan market and execute programs Established project management skills Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided Yes
