Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining and developing relationships with clients, and promoting the company's products and services. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met and provide feedback on market trends.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Automation solutions and industrial products like PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo, CNC Controllers, and SCADA
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales and business development, particularly in the industrial automation sector
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the automation industry is a plus
