Faculty & Student Management: - Oversee faculty recruitment, workload, and performance evaluation. - Facilitate faculty hiring, upskilling, and professional development. - Guide faculty in industry certifications, research, and publications. - Foster student engagement through mentorship, academic guidance, and extracurricular activities. - Promote industry readiness among students.
