Job Description We are looking for a passionate Java Developer with 6-10 years of experience to join our dynamic product engineering team. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade applications in HCM (Human Capital Management) modules. - Work closely with industry-leading engineers and architects to build scalable, secure, and performant solutions. - Contribute to the design and development of AI agents and AI-driven workflows within enterprise applications. - Build and maintain SaaS-based modules with a strong emphasis on scalability, multi-tenancy, and high availability. - Participate in end-to-end product development, focusing on robust architecture, clean coding practices, and product quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, UX, and DevOps. - Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solutions to enhance application reliability. Required Skills - Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices. - Solid understanding of data structures, object-oriented principles, and design patterns. - Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. - Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile product development environment. Preferred Skills - Experience working on product development with a focus on scalability and performance optimization. - Knowledge of HCM domain or enterprise business modules. - Exposure to AI/ML concepts or integration of AI agents in applications is a plus - Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
