Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Executive to handle recruitment, sales training, and payroll management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing people and processes. Job Responsibilities: Team Management Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Executives. Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress regularly. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Sales Strategy Development Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with management to design promotional campaigns and initiatives. Client Management Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain a high level of service. Ensure personalized attention to clients for a seamless experience. Performance Monitoring Track sales metrics and analyze data to improve team performance. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process. Prepare and present sales reports to upper management. Training & Development Organize training sessions to enhance team skills in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Foster a positive and motivational team environment to drive engagement and productivity. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and optimize lead conversion. Provide feedback to improve the sales process and client offerings. Compliance & Reporting Ensure the team adheres to company policies and sales protocols. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system. Achieving Revenue Goals Focus on meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets for personal and team contributions. Strive to grow revenue beyond baseline targets consistently. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in sales or sales management, preferably in a service-oriented industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and craft actionable strategies. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 3+ years' of sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have fluency in ENGLISH, HINDI AND GUJARATI Preferred Qualities Extrovert and Talkative Organized and detail-oriented. Positive attitude and ability to multitask. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of incentives and sales staff coordination. Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
