Job Summary: We are looking for dedicated and experienced female housekeeping staff to join our Air Hostess Training Institute on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning of classrooms, reception areas, training halls, restrooms, pantry, and office spaces. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly to maintain cleanliness. Sanitize restrooms, washbasins, toilets, and other high-touch areas as per hygiene protocols. Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other surfaces to ensure a polished appearance. Linen and Laundry Management: Handle washing, drying, ironing, and folding of linens, towels, and uniforms where required. Maintain cleanliness and freshness of fabric items used by the institute. Ensure proper storage and labeling of washed linens and training materials. Pantry and Refreshment Area Upkeep: Keep the pantry area clean and well-organized. Refill supplies like water, tea, coffee, snacks, and utensils when needed. Assist in maintaining hygienic standards in food preparation or storage areas. Waste Management: Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste responsibly. Follow proper waste disposal methods to maintain a clean and eco-friendly environment. Report any maintenance or sanitation-related issues to the supervisor immediately. Stock and Supply Management: Keep track of housekeeping supplies like cleaning products, toiletries, tissues, and detergents. Inform the administration when supplies are running low to ensure timely replenishment. Handle cleaning equipment and materials carefully to avoid damage or wastage. Health, Hygiene, and Safety Compliance: Follow strict hygiene protocols to maintain a safe and sanitized environment. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly. Report any health or safety hazards promptly to ensure student and staff well-being. Support for Institute Activities: Assist in setting up classrooms, training rooms, and event spaces for workshops or special sessions. Ensure that meeting areas and practical training zones are always clean and organized. Coordinate with other staff during events, student seminars, or institute functions. Skills and Competencies: Housekeeping Knowledge: Good understanding of cleaning techniques, materials, and tools. Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and maintain the smallest aspects of cleanliness and tidiness. Time Management: Effectively manage cleaning schedules without disrupting institute operations. Physical Stamina: Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, bending, and moving equipment. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff, trainers, and administration. Professional Conduct: Maintain a polite, respectful, and positive attitude while dealing with staff, students, and visitors. Eligibility Criteria: Gender: Female candidates only. Experience: Prior experience as a housekeeping staff, maid, or cleaner is highly preferred. Freshers with a passion for cleanliness and dedication will also be considered. Educational Qualification: No formal education required, but basic literacy is preferred.
