Our service offerings include Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Website Design & Creation, and Online Reputation Management, among others. We pride ourselves on driving tangible results for our clients in a competitive online space. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Personal Assistant to the Founder & CEO. The Personal Assistant will support executive-level activities, such as scheduling and diary management, managing communications, organizing documentation, and executing administrative tasks. The role requires a proactive individual who can ensure efficient daily operations and assist in maintaining seamless professional workflows. Qualifications - Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance - Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication - Experience in Diary Management and scheduling - Solid Clerical Skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality - Proficient in using office software and tools (e.g., MS Office) - Prior experience in supporting executives or senior leaders is a plus - Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous
