We are scaling rapidly and looking for a capable, organised, and polished Personal Assistant to support our Founder & CEO.This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Founder, learn how modern digital businesses operate, and meaningfully contribute to day-to-day effectiveness.About the Founder’s Working StyleThe Founder works in fast, dynamic cycles involving content, strategic planning, travel, and frequent decision-making.Your role is to ensure his day moves smoothly, remains structured, and stays aligned with key priorities.Role OverviewAs the Founder’s Personal Assistant, you will act as his coordination and organisation partner.You will assist with:Daily scheduling and remindersCoordinating internal and external communicationQuick, real-time task management throughout the dayPreparing short summaries, notes, drafts, and briefsSupporting travel planning, meetings, and logisticsEnsuring the Founder is prepared for calls, sessions, and key activitiesManaging small personal and professional tasks when neededThis is a high-trust role with direct access to the Founder and sensitive information.Why This Role MattersYou work directly with the CEOYou gain exposure to decision-making and strategyYou grow in communication, planning, and leadership skillsYou become a key part of the Founder’s daily functioningThe work stays dynamic — no two days feel the sameWho We’re Looking ForSomeone who is:Polite, confident, and well-spokenOrganised with strong time-management skillsCalm and steady through busy or unpredictable phasesQuick and reliable with follow-ups and coordinationGood at understanding instructions and anticipating next stepsMature, trustworthy, and dependableAble to bring positivity and smoothness into the dayThis role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, professionalism, and working closely with a leader.Skills NeededExcellent English communication (spoken + written)Strong coordination and planning abilityBasic understanding of writing, content, or PR (a plus)Ability to prepare clean summaries, notes, drafts, and messagesTech-friendly (calendars, docs, apps, notes tools)High confidentiality and discretionGood judgment, common sense, and self-awarenessRequirementsHybrid availability: some office presence + remote flexibilityFull-time commitmentBachelor’s degree preferredPrior PA/EA/admin/coordination experience helpful but not mandatoryHow to ApplyPlease apply via LinkedIn.Once we review your application, we will send you one step process to do before the interview.Compensation and JoiningThe salary will range between 15 to 22K per month.We need someone who can join us within a week.
