About Imagine Powertree Imagine Powertree is one of India s most innovative clean-tech companies recognized among the Top 10 Solar Startups in India by the International Solar Alliance We specialize in Urban and Building-Integrated Photovoltaic UPV BIPV solutions including Solar Trees Solar Gazebos Solar Facades Solar Tiles and Solar Balconies designed to transform cities into Net-Zero Solar-Powered ecosystems Our award-winning projects span Smart Cities PSUs ONGC ISRO GUDC and commercial clients in real estate corporate and hospitality sectors Join us in our mission to make solar energy accessible to every Indian Sun4EveryOne Role Overview We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in solar PV system design and performance calculations The ideal candidate will design and optimize electrical systems for grid-connected hybrid and off-grid projects prepare SLDs perform load and cable sizing and ensure compliance for both government and commercial solar installations Key Responsibilities Design and simulate solar PV systems using software such as PVSyst Helioscope PVSOL Prepare Single Line Diagrams SLD layouts and technical documentation Perform load analysis cable sizing earthing protection design and inverter selection Support tendering and proposal teams with accurate technical inputs and BOQs Ensure designs comply with MNRE DISCOM IS IEC standards and safety regulations Coordinate with site procurement and R D teams for implementation and optimization Qualifications Experience B E B Tech in Electrical Engineering M Tech preferred 2-5 years of experience in solar project design system sizing and technical documentation Strong understanding of solar design standards electrical drawings and grid compliance Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Excel and simulation software PVSyst Helioscope Skills Required Solar PV Design Electrical Calculations SLD PVSyst Cable Sizing Load Analysis Compliance Tendering Support Work Location Gandhinagar Gujarat On-site Full-time Monday to Saturday Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 54 166 66 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
