Job Summary Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead, deliver, and manage end-to-end IT projects across Application Development, Application Support, and Infrastructure Operations. The role requires strong technical depth, hands-on project governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive execution across cross-functional engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Project Management - Lead and manage full lifecycle of Application and Infrastructure projects. - Create project plans, timelines, sprint schedules, and delivery roadmaps. - Manage end-to-end execution: requirements, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare. - Track project KPIs, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Technology & Delivery Oversight - Oversee Application Development, Application Support, and Infrastructure Modernization initiatives. - Coordinate with developers, architects, infra engineers, DevOps, and QA teams. - Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and ITIL best practices. - Drive technical discussions, solution reviews, and architecture approvals. Stakeholder & Vendor Management - Act as the primary interface between business, technical teams, and leadership. - Manage internal/external vendors, SOWs, SLAs, and performance governance. - Lead status meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting. Operational Management - Ensure stability of applications & infrastructure through proactive monitoring. - Lead incident, change, and problem management processes. - Drive infra upgrades, server migrations, patching, cloud adoption, and optimization activities.
