Fully Remote Position

MSA Software builds secure, user-centric digital tools for communities. We power ConnectMazjid.com and CMZApp.com — platforms trusted by mosques and community centers to manage daily prayer times, events, announcements, and digital signage.

With thousands of users across web, mobile, and TV displays, we're scaling fast and need a designer who can craft both beautiful interfaces and compelling marketing visuals.

UI/UX Design

- Design responsive and accessible user interfaces for:
- Web portals
- Admin dashboards
- Mobile apps
- Widget-based components
- TV display layouts (digital signage)
- Work closely with developers to implement designs accurately.
- Help build and maintain a scalable design system.

Marketing & Brand Design

- Create high-quality graphics for:
- Social media posts and ad creatives
- Event flyers and banners
- In-app promotions and notifications
- Email campaigns and landing pages
- Design bilingual (English + Arabic) visual content.
- Maintain consistent visual identity across all platforms.

You Should Have

- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
- Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- A solid understanding of layout, typography, spacing, color theory, and responsive design.
- Experience designing for web + mobile apps.
- Experience creating marketing content for social media or email.
- Familiarity with community-facing or faith-based products is a bonus.

Bonus Skills

- TailwindCSS, ShadCN, or Material UI familiarity.
- Experience with motion design or tools like After Effects or Lottie.
- Creative direction or branding experience.
- Understanding of Islamic themes, holidays, and cultural aesthetics.
