NUPI builds omni channel (website, mobile App or In-store POS machines) CRM tech-solutions for its brand partners to enable community reach.

Overview: We are seeking a talented Product Designer Intern to join our team and help shape the future of our loyalty platform. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and drive engagement on our platform. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company in the loyalty industry.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
- Maintain design consistency and standards across the platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design and user experience.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience/internships/projects done as a Product Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
- Knowledge in graphic designing.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work and process, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools.
