Logistics Executive

Key Profile The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing the movement handling and coordination of stone slabs and materials between the warehouse gallery and client sites This role requires strong coordination planning and team management skills to ensure timely and safe deliveries while maintaining operational accuracy and client satisfaction What would you be required to do Conduct site surveys and measurements reikis as required for delivery and uplifting planning Plan and execute PAN-India deliveries using logistics contacts within approved cost and budget limits Possess strong market knowledge of different marble finishes transportation options and vendor pricing Manage and coordinate the movement of slabs and materials between the warehouse gallery and client sites Schedule monitor and ensure timely dispatch and safe delivery of all materials Coordinate with vendors and transporters to arrange vehicles for client deliveries and installations Prepare and maintain all delivery-related documentation - including measurement sheets quotations challans and dispatch reports Supervise loading unloading operations and ensure adherence to safety standards during handling and transport Work closely with the sales and accounts teamsfor delivery planning billing and document verification Oversee in-house and outsourced logistics teams to ensure efficiency discipline and accountability Maintain and update inventory systems regularly to ensure accurate stock visibility Conduct routine checks of gallery and warehouse displays ensuring slabs stands and labels are correctly placed and maintained Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree or a related field 4 years of experience in logistics preferably in the stone construction or interior industry Strong coordination negotiation and multitasking abilities Excellent knowledge of delivery planning vendor management and cost control Working understanding of marble and stone finishes textures and handling requirements Proficient in preparing and managing logistics documentation challans quotations dispatch lists Strong team management and communication skills Ability to handle PAN-India logistics operations independently
